These suspects are Bongani Ntazi, Muzikawukhulelwa Slbiya, Mithokoziseni Maphisa, Mthobisi Mncube, and Sifiso Ntuli.
The lawyer Zandile Mshololo in a trial on Wednesday, 1st June 2022, while cross-examining Mosia at the Pretoria High Court, claimed that the forensic experts have been misled while collecting the evidence and pictures from the scene.
Mshololo argued that Mosia has no first-hand information about the crime scene as he arrived after Brigadier Philani Ndlovu. She also argued that the seven people who stayed in Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house may have tampered with the crime scene. The trial is expected to be continued on Thursday, 2nd June 2022.
